今天电脑开机后突然蹦出一个对话框：

昨天开机关机时均正常，虽说点击“确定”后，电脑仍可正常使用，但想想每次开机它都要蹦出来两三遍也挺烦人。Google了一下，原来遇见这个问题的人不在少数。Symantec官方论坛中已经有人就此提出问题，并得了09年得到了解决方法。操作步骤如下，供日后备忘：
- 点击『开始』按钮，在『运行…』中输入 cmd ，进入命令提示行界面，运行 wbemtest 。
- 此时会弹出『Windows管理规范测试器』，点击『连接』按钮。
- 将默认的 oot\default 替换为 root\securitycenter ，然后点击 『连接』按钮。
- 点击『枚举类别』按钮。
- 在弹出的对话框中直接点击“确定”按钮。
- 此时会给出查询结果，选中 AntivirusProduct 这一行后将其删除即可。
- 最后你可以考虑是否重新安装或修复Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition。
